We value our customers and aim to provide reliable hosting and related services. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on qualifying shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with the hosting service within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.

2. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account — the exact timing depends on the payment gateway and the bank or payment provider.

3. Uptime Guarantee & SLA Credits

  • We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services.
  • If uptime for a given calendar month falls below 99.9% and you report it within 7 days of the incident, you may be eligible for one month of free hosting credit. SLA credits are applied to future invoices and are not provided as cash refunds.
  • Scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and third-party outages are excluded.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals.
  • VPS (Virtual Private Servers) and Dedicated Server purchases.
  • Promotional, discounted, or special offer packages that are explicitly marked as non-refundable.
  • Third-party products or services (SSL certificates, licensed software, add-ons) purchased via or through us.
  • Payment gateway fees, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees (these are non-refundable).
  • Setup fees and non-recurring one-time charges unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Scope & Limitations

  • Refunds cover only the product/service price paid to Hostnol Hosting.
  • Any third-party fees or payment processor charges are not refundable by Hostnol.
  • If funds were paid in excess or by mistake, credits will normally be issued to your account rather than a cash refund (subject to review).
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are generally ineligible for refunds.

6. Free Domain Policy

  • Free domain offers are provided only with eligible yearly hosting packages and are valid for a minimum of 1 year.
  • If a free domain is included, you must host the domain with Hostnol for at least 3 months. Early cancellation within 3 months may result in cancellation or transfer restrictions for that domain.
  • Domain transfer requests are not permitted during the initial 3-month period. Domain registrar policies and TLD rules ultimately govern domain suspension, renewal, and deletion.

7. Cancellations & How to Request a Refund

You can request cancellations or refunds using:

  • Client Dashboard (recommended) — convenient and fastest way to submit requests.

  • Support Ticket via our portal.
  • Live Support (chat/phone) if available.

To avoid being billed for the next cycle, submit cancellation requests before your invoice due date. For PayPal or other recurring payments, you must also cancel the subscription directly with the payment provider if applicable.

8. Backups, Restores & Migration

  • Backups may be provided daily, weekly, or hourly depending on the plan.
  • Backups are provided as a courtesy and are not a guaranteed replacement for user backups. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of critical data.
  • Restoration services may incur additional fees.
  • Migration assistance is available on request; in many cases there may be a minimum migration fee until an automated migration tool is provided.

9. Chargebacks and Fraud

If a customer issues a chargeback or other reversal with their payment provider, we may suspend or terminate services pending investigation. Chargebacks do not guarantee a refund; they may be contested. Customers are responsible for any fees or losses incurred as a result of fraudulent or disputed transactions.

10. Changes to This Policy

Hostnol Hosting reserves the right to amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
